Late 18th or Early 19th Century Porcelain Floral Pattern Tea Cup & Saucer

No Slides Entered.

Almost a purple luster lined edge is the trim for this floral decorated early porcelain cup and saucer. There are flowers and leaves painted all around the inside of the saucer and the base of the cup. The main design on the cup is a large what appears to be stylized rose with a dotted edge and the handle almost resembles a twig design. No doubt, this piece is close to 175 or more years of age. The enamel painted flowers are very well done and the overall effect is one of serious porcelain making. The painted decoration is close to museum quality.
