When viewing this image of Braces Cove you can almost feel the mist against the rocks the original label from the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts in 1925. The frame is the original custom made and has a very naturalistic ocean feel. The painting is signed and dated 1925 in the lower right corner. Oil on board and the painting has always been behind glass has never been cleaned and is in great condition.
The blush of a peach ripening is the color of the front and peach leaves and blossoms form the top of the pitcher. A vine forms the handle and the German mark is impressed into the bottom. There is an age crack to one side of the spout, otherwise, the piece is mint. The colors just look like a real peach and the leaves clustered together form the spout.
